HOW I TRAIN
I tailor my sessions to meet your needs, whether that's weight loss/ gain, improved strength, cardio, coordination, agility or a specific goal. I do this however you prefer, whether that's using the standard gym equipment, or (as most of my clients prefer) using the fun stuff like prowlers, slam balls, ropes, and all the other fun toys a gym should have! 
You get my full focus, and constant guidance and monitoring for your safety.
I have helped to train people to pass fitness tests, reduce back pain, lose weight, gain muscle, improve posture, and just become fit for the life they want to lead.

Hi, I'm Anna, and I love helping people to find their passion for fitness in a safe and fun environment. I'm currently based at XXL gym Barry, but am able to do at-home workouts too if needed. 
I work with a variety of goals, including entrophy training, weight loss, injury recovery (with input from a medical specialist), endurance training, and fitness for life training.
I do a lot of work with women particularly relating to peri-menopause, menopause and beyond, and my aim is to get all women doing safe overload training to counteract the effects of biology!
I worked in Probation for a long time, and am trained in CBT, motivational interviewing and a heap of other things related to helping people to change problematic behaviours, which I now use to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals.
I have recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, triggered by Covid 19. I went from completing endurance events (Ironman 70.3 and an ultra-distance duathlon being my proudest achievements) to struggling with day to day activities. This has given me a greater understanding in the struggles people face in achieving their fitness goals.
