LADIES: Did you know that after the age of 35, your bone density starts decreasing? But did you also know that by implementing a few simple changes, you can decrease this, halt this, or even increase your bone density? Come to my friendly, funny and inclusive chat, and find out more! 

Whether you've been through the menopause already, are going through it, or even if it's just that thing in the future that will happen one day... This talk aims to empower as many women as possible, of all shapes, sizes and ages, to protect their bones and bodies, learn a few simple exercises to do at home, and better understand what's going on in order to deal with it better.
