HOW I TRAIN
I tailor my sessions to meet your needs, whether that's weight loss/ gain, improved strength, cardio, coordination, agility or a specific goal. I do this however you prefer, whether that's using the standard gym equipment, or (as most of my clients prefer) using the fun stuff like prowlers, slam balls, ropes, and all the other fun toys a gym should have! 
You get my full focus, and constant guidance and monitoring for your safety.
I have helped to train people to pass fitness tests, reduce back pain, lose weight, gain muscle, improve posture, and just become fit for the life they want to lead.
